Dr. Fawibe has a profound understanding of the local and international petroleum industry with over 50 years of experience. Currently Chairman of International Energy Services Limited (IESL), he leads the Board and focuses it on strategic matters. He is an astute and highly visionary leader with a success mantra "Innovation is Life." Under his leadership as Chairman and CEO, IESL has undertaken over 15 major projects with a cumulative value of over USD 1 billion in Nigeria. He has represented Nigeria at OPEC expert meetings and Ministerial Conferences for over 10 years. Dr. Fawibe holds B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from the University of Ibadan, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Petroleum, London and Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Directors, UK.

Bayo possesses significant experience in engineering design, procurement, construction and project management consultancy in the oil and gas industry with over 25 years' experience. As Director of IESL, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation and strategic direction of the company. Prior to this role, he was Managing Director of IESL-DORISL Ltd., a JV between DORIS Engineering SA of Paris and IESL. Earlier in his career he worked for British Petroleum (BP) in Canada and Technip (now TechnipFMC) in Houston. Bayo holds an MBA from Cornell University, a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. Executed projects range from <$1M to $4.2 Billion. He is a registered professional engineer in Nigeria and Canada.

Sunday Ayeni is currently Managing Director of IESL Global Business and GEPIES, S.A. (a JV between IESL and GEPETROL, Equatorial Guinea). An accomplished engineering professional with nearly three decades of experience in EPC across the oil, gas and energy industry. A decisive leader with proven success on new frontiers, he champions IESL's global presence across seven African countries, executing development projects worth billions of dollars. He holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ondo State University. He is a member of COREN, NSE, Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), and a GE African Fellow (2016).
